Dear beloved sisters of Grace, I send you warm greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. This month, our word of encouragement is centered around faith in the Father’s love. As I reflect on the profound importance of a Father’s love and our need to believe in it, I can’t help but wonder, do you believe in the Father’s love over your life? Do you long for the love of a Father? Have you considered that this might be the very thing your heart yearns for?
We are told in Hebrews 11:1 that Faith in God is the foundation that makes life worth living! How much more should we have faith in the love that He has for us? It’s a Faithful Love that truly makes life worth living. There is nothing else on this earth that can save us, secure us, Comfort us, protect us, heal us, free us, encourage us, and satisfy us like the love of our Father. That’s how important the love of a father is. A word spoken by a loving Father changes everything! You have a loving Father. Now, you need to hear Him speak His words of love over you. Do you live in the daily revelation of His loving voice? We need it. Let me ask you, when you are under pressure, do you resort back to being an orphan, or do you rest in the love of your Father?
The women’s ministry wants to remind you this month of the importance of receiving, resting, and remaining in your Father’s love. Each week in June, we will encourage you in a different facet of his love for you. We pray you will take the time weekly this month to meditate on His faithful words and that you will finish this month believing by faith in his love for you.
Week 1
The Father chose you and formed you. Genesis 1:27, Ephesians 1:11: You are not formless; you are formed exactly for the created purpose the Father predestined for you on this earth. The Father’s love for you Formed you. So, any voice that comes against your gender, you’re ethnicity, your beauty, or your uniqueness comes against the very expression of the image of God in you. This is not your Father’s voice or a voice you should be listening to. It is a voice that you need to let your loving Father correct, so this month, you will rest in the Father’s created form for you, the form he created for you. Everything about you is a work of His art. In the beginning of the Bible, the spirit of the Lord brought form into the formless chaos. Chaos means without form or without order. Your Father wants you to believe by faith that his love over you can bring you out of any chaos surrounding you right now. This week, will you recognize and surrender all chaos in your life? Chaos and disorder will always try to drown out the Father’s loving voice. Don’t let it! What is trying to keep you out of order or in chaos right now? Name it! When things have no form or order, they have no boundaries.
I encourage you to let go of the chaos and choose to rest in the Father’s love. Let his love Restore your order and determine your boundaries. Chaos is an unapproved spirit, and we should never partner with it! Our takeaway from this week. You were not formed for chaos to depart from it. You were formed to remain and express the love of your Father. Remain in Let Us Believe.
